Cedefop highlights AI use in Italian workplace training
An Italian report presented on 8 July 2026 finds that around a quarter of enterprises using artificial intelligence also use it for training, including personalised learning and identifying skills needs. Only 6.2% of enterprises providing training offered AI courses in 2024. Participation gaps persist across enterprise sizes, regions and age groups.
