Council asked to approve workers-posting declaration interface

The Council’s General Secretariat asks the Permanent Representatives Committee to confirm agreement and recommend that the Council approve Parliament’s first-reading position on a public interface for declaring posted workers. The document says Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Hungary and Austria would abstain; the act would be adopted if the Council approves the position.
